Inside this community, we combine the latest research in strength & conditioning and bone health with Dr. Nick’s 18 years of experience working with individuals who want to build full-body strength, resilience, and bone density safely and effectively.

There are no quick fixes here—just smart, progressive training that respects your body and supports long-term health.

Where to Start

A great place to begin is the “Bone Health” tab on the left side of your screen.

Here you’ll find three progressive exercise phases designed to help you build a strong, confident foundation for strength and impact training.

Once you’re comfortable there, head to the “Monthly Workout Plan” section,

This section includes full-length, hour-long workouts focused on total-body strength and impact training to support bone health and overall fitness.

Other vital features

Pelvic floor strength and connection shouldn’t be ignored and needs to be addressed, especially if you’re planning to engage in impact training and resistance training. The fantastic pelvic floor physical therapist, Dr. Kelsey Karnes from Move Smart Physical Therapy, has curated a 5-phase pelvic floor program that you’ll have access to as a member of this community. This could be the missing link to your success!

Using an evidence-based approach to resistance training and impact training is what sets us apart from many other programs. Stay up to date and be the first to know about what Dr. Nick is reading and reviewing under the “Dr. Nick’s Desk” section.

Join Us Live

We’d also love for you to join our live group workouts on Friday afternoons at 1:00pm EST.

These sessions give you the opportunity to:

• Train live with Dr. Nick

• Receive real-time coaching and feedback

• Connect with others on the same journey toward stronger bones and bodies
